Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Pune Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to close deals efficiently. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Set and achieve sales goals aligned with the company’s objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities. Contact and engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve complaints. Prepare and send professional quotes, proposals, and follow-ups. Use CRM and sales software to manage leads, pipeline, and daily activities. Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Actively participate in team meetings, sharing feedback and market insights. Qualifications & Skillsets: High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Confident on phone calls and delivering sales presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
