Billing Management: Managing project billing, including verifying work done, calculating quantities, preparing invoices, and handling variations and change orders. Contract Management: Reviewing and managing real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and potentially handling contract negotiations. Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: May be involved in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and cost monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
