Job Summary: C5i is looking for an experienced sales leader to be based at Bengaluru, India, reporting to VP of Sales for APAC & META. The incumbent would aggressively expand sales for this account by building relations with existing stakeholders and seeking new stakeholders based out of this location. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Sales leader with 15 plus yrs. experience in working with IT / CIO / CDO org with fortune 1000 CPG/ FMCG / Retail org. Clear understanding of sales processes/approaches. 5+ years in account growth/management, preferably working in Analytics/AI/ML/Data Science/Data Engineering/Business Consulting/related Services/Solutions industries Ability to navigate through client organization and identify new buying groups, ability to map accounts across various business practices Ability to understand the technical requirements from client teams and translate the same onto broad business requirements Partnering and working closely with HR/ Delivery / Vendor teams At least 2 years' experience of achieving individual sales target of at least USD 2 mil Good to have – understanding of Azure environment and various modules of the stack Prior delivery experience in a technical role Entrepreneurial mind-set to be able to frame up and execute strategies to meet or beat the targets for Account Growth while being aligned to the company strategy & culture Super-high levels of “discussion-stamina”, to be able to talk to multiple external and internal stakeholders to make wins happen
