Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Impact Measurement Intern who is passionate about sports and curious about how impact is tracked and communicated. This internship will offer hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (M&E), with a special focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aligned programs. You will work closely with the programme and partnerships teams to collect data, assess impact, and support internal and external communication of program outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting and tracking data across various IIS initiatives Support internal teams in gathering and validating program indicators Contribute to the development of impact reports and donor communications, especially for CSR partners Design dashboards, infographics, and presentations that visualize impact effectively Conduct research on CSR alignment and support engagement with existing and potential CSR partners Help document stories of impact that illustrate programme outcomes and beneficiary journeys What We’re Looking For Essential Skills: Strong written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) Proficiency in Excel and data organization Analytical thinking with attention to detail Basic understanding of M&E frameworks and impact measurement tools Educational Background: Master’s degree (or in final year) in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sports Management, or a related field Prior internship or academic exposure to social impact, development, or sport-for-development projects is preferred Additional Qualities: Passion for Olympic and Paralympic sport, and India’s sports ecosystem Basic understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its role in development initiatives Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
