Role Description This is a full-time role for a Student Counselor and Business Development position located on-site in Jaipur. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing career guidance and counseling to students, managing student admissions, and developing business strategies to enhance the reach and impact of Megha Bhansali Classes. The role involves conducting seminars and workshops, maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications Career Guidance and Counseling skills Experience in managing student admissions and creating business strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Organizational and multi-tasking abilities Ability to conduct seminars and workshops Experience in relationship management and business development Proficiency in MS Office and related software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
