Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate product delivery processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion for various clients.  Facilitate client onboarding, guiding them through the process from initial setup to full utilization, and addressing any concerns.  Maintain clear, effective, and consistent communication with clients across various geographies, serving as a primary point of contact.  Conduct client meetings confidently, understanding their specific requirements and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.  Develop a thorough understanding of the LimeTray product to effectively train clients and address all inquiries.  Actively engage in resolving client escalations and queries promptly and efficiently.  Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, fostering positive relationships and proactively addressing their needs.  Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) and external teams to ensure smooth product delivery.  Oversee integrations with food delivery aggregators and/or payment gateways, ensuring seamless execution and efficient issue resolution.  Project manager parallel implementation projects for different customers, ensuring timely and successful deployments. Qualifications:  1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Delivery, Client Onboarding, or Implementation roles at SaaS companies.  Prior Project Management experience is a strong plus.  Team handling experience is a plus, though not mandatory.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Good communication skills (both written and verbal) are paramount, as you'll be interacting with customers from diverse geographic locations.  Detail-oriented and analytical, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration, adept at learning quickly and meeting deadlines.  Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus.  Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and client onboarding lifecycle.  Tier-1/Tier-2 college background preferred for quality benchmark.  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Tech, Business, etc.)
