About the Role : Specialist –Digital Safety (women and children) We are looking for a committed and experienced person to work on strengthening online safety for women and children. This role involves a mix of research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic coordination to address tech-facilitated gender-based violence. The ideal candidate will bring both subject expertise and a collaborative mindset to drive systemic change, improve platform accountability, and support timely responses to online harms. Location : Delhi NCR Key Responsibility : Conduct research and engage with national and international organisations working on online safety and gender-based cybercrimes to identify, assess, and adopt effective practices. Monitor and synthesise data and case trends related to tech-enabled violence to inform prevention strategies. Consolidate insights into actionable recommendations for policy and systemic improvements. Facilitate structured collaboration across key stakeholders—including law enforcement, relevant government departments, digital platforms, and civil society organisations—for a more responsive approach to online threats faced by women and children. Manage and mentor a team of research associates, offering guidance and support to help them meet project goals and grow professionally. Take on additional tasks that align with the objectives of the program, based on evolving needs Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field Required Experience: Minimum 6 years of overall experience and minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working on projects related to child protection/ women in vulnerable situations/ technology-facilitated risks and harms Demonstrated ability to work across sectors and manage multi-stakeholder processes Experience of research design, execution and report writing.
