Key Responsibilities 1. Club Leadership Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Cricket , Fitness, Recovery, and Nutrition programs. Ensure seamless integration of wellness offerings into the member lifecycle and club experience. Actively foster a thriving member community through events, social content, and daily touchpoints. 2. Performance & Business Metrics Drive revenue across personal training, group classes, premium programs, and recovery services. Define and track KPIs including client retention, team productivity, engagement , and monthly/annual revenue goals . Maintain performance dashboards to review progress and refine strategies regularly. 3. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, and manage a team of elite trainers, instructors, and wellness coaches. Design and conduct ongoing sports , fitness, product, and sales training for all frontline staff. Maintain certification and compliance standards across the team. 4. Program Innovation & Execution Build and scale signature Drive FITT programs: Group fitness formats Recovery-led protocols Nutrition & coaching modules Athlete-focused pathways & cricket-specific performance plans Customize offerings based on member segments, data, and club-level feedback. 5. Customer Experience & Member Relations Be a visible leader across the club floor—engage with members, gather feedback, and resolve service issues swiftly. Drive member retention, loyalty and community-building through high-touch service and surprise-and-delight moments. 6. Research, Trends & Innovation Stay ahead of global fitness and wellness trends, including sports science, wearables, mobility , and gamification . Incorporate best practices into the Drive FITT programming and curriculum. 7. Systems, SOPs & Quality Assurance Create and implement SOPs across fitness operations, hygiene, recovery services, and safety standards. Regularly audit sessions, interactions, and overall service quality. 8. Support for Franchise Rollouts Help standardize wellness programming and training across multiple locations. Act as the custodian of Drive FITT’s performance playbook for franchise scalability. 9. Special Projects Lead/participate in projects such as: Cricket performance labs Trainer onboarding bootcamps Celebrity-led workshops Content creation for educational & engagement videos What You’ll Need 7–10 years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or high-performance environments. Deep knowledge of fitness operations, human performance science, recovery modalities, and nutrition fundamentals. Experience managing large teams and coaching talent. Strong business acumen and comfort with budgeting and P&L responsibility. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
