CTC : 7.50 LPA Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Raw Store Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations for our garment production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials (fabrics, trims, accessories), managing vendor relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth, cost-effective purchasing processes aligned with production timelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories for garment production. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors for quality materials at competitive prices. Manage the inward and outward movement of raw materials as per production schedules. Maintain optimum inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring timely replenishment without overstocking. Coordinate with the dying and printing units for material processing and timely deliveries. Monitor market trends and develop procurement strategies to control costs and mitigate supply chain risks. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality standards. Collaborate with production, design, and finance teams for forecasting and planning. Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and vendor databases. Generate timely reports on procurement metrics and stock status. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field. Proven 5–8 years of experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in the garments or textile industry. Strong understanding of fabric and trim sourcing, dying & printing processes, and inventory control. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/purchase management software (e.g., ERP systems). Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
