Openings for: RM in Mortgage Sales Location: Noida Sector 75, Spectrum metro Mall, 3rd Floor, Phase-II Department: Sales – Mortgage Sales Salary: Upto-6LPA  Website: Prefer Candidate: From Noida or nearby location only. Prefer Experience: Loan Industry only. No. of vacancy: 200 Note: We are looking immediate joiners only Key Responsibilities: • Customer Acquisition: o Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales. o Develop a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building. • Loan Processing: o Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products. o Collect and verify documents for loan applications. o Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement. • Client Relationship Management: o Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. o Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support. • Sales Target Achievement: o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. o Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections. • Market Intelligence: o Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market trends. o Provide feedback to management on market and customer insights. Key Requirements: • Education:  Graduate (MBA preferred) • Experience:  4–7 years of experience in sales of mortgage loans  • Skills: o Strong communication and negotiation skills o Customer-focused approach o Ability to work under pressure and meet targets o Knowledge of local property markets and documentation Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Corporate DSA. • Understanding of credit underwriting and basic financial concepts
