Key Purpose of the Role: BiofuelCircle’s business revolves around B2B E-Commerce. The platform allows small and large industrial companies to sell/ procure biofuels using a secured transaction channel. The Platform Operations Support Team is responsible for end-to-end transaction support to subscribers. Platform Operations team is responsible for driving participation and creating opportunities for regular transactions on the platform for large and small buyers/ sellers, and industrial buyers for products and services offered by BiofuelCircle. The Role helps create opportunities that could help close transactions between buyers and sellers. In the scale up stage for BiofuelCircle, we are looking for candidates with experience in IT systems driven processes and strong analytical skills, to help create strong business processes in the company. Experience: 8 to 15 years What Key Tasks will be involved? Customer’s Procurement Strategy Development Executing a comprehensive procurement strategy specifically tailored to the customer’s requirement of biomass, including identifying target purchase clusters and pricing models. Customer’s Procurement strategy execution Coordination and management of Auctions, RFPs, and other tools to achieve the planned business targets of consumers Providing Biomass Quotes to Consumers Ensure every customer on the platform has a monthly/daily/quarterly and yearly quotes for biomass consumption High Offer Closure Ensure a higher offer conversion to deals through platform processes Negotiation and closing deals Present opportunity and value to platform customers when transacting with BiofuelCircle Performance Monitoring & Analysis Tracking key sales metrics, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize deal closure performance The position will be part of Platform Operations Team and report to Vice President – E Comm Operations
