You prefer the sound of plates and chalk to office chatter. You want to build a portfolio that real athletes and fans follow. 3. What You Will Do Capture gym sessions and local meets several times each week. Travel with us to events to collect footage that deepens the story. Edit for Reels, Shorts, Stories, podcasts, and long-form recaps. Plan and publish posts, write captions, and engage with our community. Label and archive footage so any clip is easy to find. 4. Skills We Need Must-have Confident camera handling. Fluency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Habit of keeping media folders clean and searchable. Up-to-date on social trends in fitness. Based in Bangalore and willing to work on the gym floor. Nice-to-have Motion graphics or thumbnail design. Experience streaming live competitions. 5.
