Job Title: Digital Marketing & Design Executive Location: Surat or Remote Salary: Starting from ₹30,000/month (based on experience) Work Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and innovative Digital Marketing & Design Executive to manage our real estate brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO marketing , Photoshop , web development , and social media management . Strong communication skills and a flair for creative design are essential. Bonus points for candidates with IT troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Office 365 . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and digital posters Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms Maintain and update company websites; assist with basic web development tasks Think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visuals Collaborate with the leasing teams to align marketing efforts Provide basic IT support, including Office 365 and Windows troubleshooting Qualifications: Proven experience in SEO marketing and social media strategy Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail IT knowledge is an advantage (Office 365, Windows support) Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
