Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources leader to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. The person will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on key organizational and management issues. Drive initiatives around workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Talent Acquisition & Management Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels. Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Design and implement onboarding, career development, and succession planning programs. Performance Management Develop and monitor performance evaluation systems that drive employee accountability and performance. Lead the design and execution of training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Employee Engagement & Culture Build a positive, performance-oriented culture through employee engagement strategies. Monitor employee satisfaction and design initiatives to improve retention. Compensation & Benefits Oversee compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Conduct periodic benchmarking and salary reviews. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Oversee HR systems and technology to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Develop and monitor HR budgets and KPIs. Requirements: Education & Experience MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.) Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
