SAP SD Experience: 6+ years Location: Baner, Pune Shift: UK shift (1 pm- 10 PM IST) Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP SD Configuration: Configure and maintain the SAP SD module, ensuring its alignment with business processes in the oil and gas industry. 2. IS-Oil Functionality (Good to have): Implement and customize IS-Oil specific functionalities such as Hydrocarbon Product Management, Exchange Agreement, and TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench). 3. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules like MM, FI/CO, and PP to ensure seamless integration. 4. Custom Development: Work with the development team to design and implement custom solutions as required. 5. Data Migration and Testing: Assist in data migration from legacy systems and conduct thorough testing of the SAP SD functionalities. 6. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting. 7. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. 8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities: For E invoice project specific: • Implement and configure SAP SD module with a focus on e-invoicing solutions. • Ensure compliance with global e-invoicing regulations (e.g., India, Europe, etc.). • Integrate SAP with government tax portals for real-time invoice validation and compliance reporting. • Work with SAP eDocument Framework and SAP Document Compliance (e.g., GST, VAT, CFDI, etc.). • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to e-invoicing and electronic document processing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, and ABAP) to ensure seamless invoicing workflows. • Perform system testing, UAT, and go-live support for SAP SD e-invoicing solutions. • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and adapt SAP e-invoicing solutions accordingly.
