You will write scripts for audio, focusing on compelling characters, dynamic plots, and emotional engagement. Key Responsibilities: Write original fiction scripts across various genres (romance, thriller, sci-fi, etc.). Develop story arcs and characters that resonate with audio listeners. Work with the editorial team to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback. Requirements: Proven 3-4 years experience in fiction writing, must have - Writing experience (scripts, short stories) Strong storytelling and character development skills. Ability to write for the audio format (pacing, dialogue, etc.). Self-motivated and deadline-driven. Preferred: Experience with audio or podcast scripts. Familiarity with Pocket FM's content style.
