Job Title: Social Media & Lead GenerationKey Responsibilities:• Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube• Design high-quality visuals using Canva and other creative tools• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including follow-ups and lead nurturing• Oversee LinkedIn engagement and lead generation activities• Follow up with clients and leads to support sales and relationship-building efforts• Assist in scripting, editing, and publishing YouTube videos• Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize content strategy• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing initiativesRequirements:• Proven experience in social media management and content creation• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Comfortable managing client communications and follow-ups• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation• Basic video editing skills for YouTube content• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedUS-ShiftSAL-20-23k(4 hours)
