We’re Hiring – Google Ads Account Manager (Part-time | Remote Friendly) Hey , I’m AJAY KUMAR from Mekanism , where I’ve spent the past 6 years building alongside a talented, tight-knit team of 10 creatives and digital strategists. We’re an agency known for pushing boundaries and crafting impactful campaigns — especially in luxury, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle . One of our key members recently stepped away for health reasons, and now we’re searching for a Google Ads Account Manager — someone who’s not just skilled, but sharp, data-driven, and ready to take the lead on paid media strategy. What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube. Plan and execute multi-channel paid media strategies , collaborating with content and creative teams. Set up and manage conversion tracking (via Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tagging, etc.). Monitor, analyze and optimize key performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV . Build testing frameworks: audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages. Manage and scale campaigns across multiple accounts in the premium/luxury sector . What You Bring: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns (in-house or agency). Mastery of: Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Looker Studio or other reporting tools Strong ability to tell stories through data and performance insights . Experience with A/B testing, dynamic creative optimization, and advanced audience segmentation. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously. A solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and consumer journey. Working Style: Part-time role (~15–20 hours/week) Fully remote with flexible working hours – as long as results come in, you’re good. Great runway for future growth if we’re a great fit.
