Business Development InternshipDuration: 2-3 months Stipend: 7k-10k per monthAbout Us:TechSharks is a growth-focused marketing agency offering a range of digital services including branding, social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content strategy. We're seeking a high-energy Business Development Intern who excels at closing inbound leads that are pre-qualified by our pre-sales team.Role Overview:This role is sales-focused — you'll be taking over warm leads (not cold calling), mostly through scheduled Google Meet consultations. Your job is to understand the client’s needs, pitch the right marketing services, and convert the conversation into a sale.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Google Meet calls with inbound leads provided by the pre-sales team Identify client goals and offer the most suitable marketing service package Build trust and guide prospects through the decision-making process Share proposals, service decks, pricing, and close deals Maintain detailed follow-ups, lead tracking, and sales reports Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding after conversionRequirement:Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities Prior experience in service-based sales preferred Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet sales calls Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SMM, SEO, Ads, Branding High ownership mindset with a drive to achieve targets Laptop Required
