About KWA Analytics: KWA Analytics is a global consulting firm delivering expert services across the trade lifecycle for clients in energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset/investment management. We are expanding our India operations and seeking a QA Lead to head our quality assurance function, with a focus on Openlink Endur/Findur implementations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead the QA function in India, overseeing all testing activities across multiple client projects.Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices tailored to energy and commodity trading systems.Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.Collaborate with global QA, development, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.Own the QA lifecycle including planning, test design, automation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA consultants, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Ensure test environments, data, and tools are well-managed and aligned with project needs.Drive risk-based testing approaches and ensure critical trading workflows are validated thoroughly.Participate in client discussions, audits, and reviews as the QA representative from India.Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously evolve QA capabilities.Required Skill and ExperienceMinimum 15+ years of experience in QA roles, with at least 3 years in leadership or lead QA capacityMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur/Findur or similar trading platformsStrong understanding of energy and commodity trading workflows, including physical and financial products.Proven experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or custom-built frameworks).Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and integration of automated tests into pipelinesSolid background in functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.Professional AttributesStrong leadership and team-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.Benefits:For the ideal candidate we offer:A permanent job contract.Competitive compensation package and allowances for shifts as per industry standards.24 days’ vacation plus public holidays and sick leavesTraining and DevelopmentA collaborative team environment.Flexible working arrangement- Remote working opportunity.Regular social events.Family Medical Insurance (Self, Spouse & 2 Kids)Team Building Activity yearly.
