Collaborate on High-Quality AEP Solutions• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver Adobe ExperiencePlatform (AEP & AJO) solutions that meet client business objectives.AEP Development and Data Management• Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems toenable seamless data flow.• Implement data governance and quality processes to maintain data integrity.• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.AJO Development• Develop and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows based onbusiness requirements and marketing objectives.Industry Trends and Best Practice Implementation• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in AEP, AJO and digital marketing.• Promote the adoption of Verticurl’s frameworks, tools, and best practices in internalprojects and client deliverables.Requirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3 to 5 years ofexperience.• 2+ years developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP,Adobe Campaign).• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, andgovernance principles.• Knowledge/Experience in data analytics, JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations.• Implement real-time triggers, decision rules, and contextual personalization in customerworkflows. Leverage customer profile data to create real-time and batch-based audiencesegmentation.• Implement APIs, webhooks, and connectors for real-time data synchronization.Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows toensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team.• Perform thorough testing to validate journey logic, personalization, and triggers. Monitorperformance metrics and optimize journeys for efficiency and effectiveness.• Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, andautomation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is an added advantage.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datainto actionable insights.
