We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali Free Zone.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:1. Hire internal workers based on company requirements.2. Handle end-to-end visa processing for selected candidates.3. Recruit sales personnel across different regions as per business needs.2. Payroll & Employee Management:1. Manage payroll and maintain accurate leave schedules.2. Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.3. Visa & Insurance Management:1. Responsible for visa cancellations, renewals, and transfers.2. Ensure timely processing of employee and company insurance.4. Team Oversight:1. Supervise staff, ensure discipline and productivity.2.
