The ideal candidate will have deep relationships within BFSI accounts and a proven track record of consultative selling of IT infrastructure solutions, including data centers, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and managed services.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders within BFSI organizations (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Procurement).Develop account penetration strategies and create value-driven relationships to position the company as a trusted IT partner.Solution Sales & Consultative Approach:Understand client IT infrastructure needs, pain points, and compliance requirements.Offer tailored solutions across networking, data center modernization, cloud enablement, cybersecurity, backup and storage, and managed services.Partner with pre-sales and solution architects to design comprehensive proposals aligned with client business goals.Sales Execution & Pipeline Management:Own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.Manage a healthy pipeline, forecast revenues, and ensure quarterly and annual targets are met.Track market trends and competitor activities in the BFSI domain.Partner & OEM Collaboration:Collaborate with OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Nutanix etc) to develop joint go-to-market strategies.Leverage ecosystem relationships to drive new opportunities and co-sell engagements.Account Growth & Upselling:Expand wallet share in existing BFSI accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Drive long-term account strategies aligned with BFSI sector’s digital transformation goals.Desired Skills & Experience:7–15 years of experience in enterprise IT sales with at least 3–9 years in BFSI account handling.Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory and operational requirements related to IT infrastructure.Proven success in selling complex solutions in areas such as data center infrastructure, network security, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery.Solid connections with key IT decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Results-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.MBA in Sales/Marketing/IT Management is preferred.All openings:
