What You’ll Be Doing:Acting as the founder’s go-to for scheduling, client coordination, and daily operations Jumping on calls and booking meetings with clients alongside the founder Managing inboxes, calendars, and communications with top-tier clarity and tone Helping set up and maintain automations through tools like Zapier , HubSpot , Go High Level , or Zoho Supporting marketing and client onboarding systems (MailChimp, CRMs, workflows, etc.) Spotting inefficiencies and proactively suggesting smarter systems or tools What You Bring:Exceptional communication skills — spoken and written Comfort and professionalism on client-facing calls High level of organization, accountability, and reliability Experience with automation tools, CRMs, email marketing platforms Tech-savviness — you’re the person who figures out new platforms before anyone else Bonus if you’ve worked in a marketing, agency, or founder support environment Tools You’ll Likely Use:Zapier, HubSpot, Go High Level, Zoho MailChimp, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion Project Management Tools (like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)
