Job Description

Key Responsibilities· Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:o Develop, implement, and manage full funnel comprehensive performance marketing inclusive and not limited to Paid Ads, Affiliates, Email marketing, Programmatic and other relevant biddable and non biddale digital advertising platforms.o Oversee daily campaign optimization, including bid management, budget allocation, keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI and achieve specific KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).o Explore and experiment with new channels and technologies to expand reach and improve performance.o Lead and deliver SEO strategy, planning and execution.· Media Planning & Calendar Management:o Create detailed media plans in collaboration with Media agency partner, including budget forecasting, channel allocation, and performance projections.o Develop and maintain a comprehensive media calendar, aligning with product launches, seasonal promotions, and major sales events.· Sales Event Creation & Execution:o Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for D2C specific sales events (e.g., festive sales, flash sales, new product launches) to maximize participation and sales.o Coordinate with internal teams (Category, design, e-commerce) to ensure seamless execution of sale events.· Website Content & Product Listings:o Collaborate with the content and e-commerce teams to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience, aligning with campaign objectives.o Manage and optimize product listings on the D2C websites, ensuring accuracy, rich descriptions, high-quality imagery, and SEO best practices.o Timely content refresh of the website to avoid creative fatigue.· Catalogue Management:o Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product catalogues across all D2C platforms and advertising channels.o Work closely with product and inventory teams for timely updates and new product integrations.· Analytics & Reporting:o Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.o Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.o Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.· Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Work closely with the E-commerce, Brand, Category, Design, Legal, NPD, RnD and IT teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and a cohesive customer journey.o Manage agencyXbrand relationship on media and content side.o Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.· Market Research & Trend Analysis:o Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, D2C e-commerce, and advertising technologies.o Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.Qualifications:· Master’s degree in business administration, or a related field.· 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, specifically within a D2C e-commerce environment.· Demonstrable expertise in managing significant advertising budgets across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).· Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in D2C websites.· Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).· Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Knowledge of the consumer durables/home appliances industry is an advantage.
