Job descriptionLocation: “Remote-India”Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 3–5 years preferredIndustry: IT Staffing / RecruitmentReports To: Business Development Manager / DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Cold Calling & Business Development Executive to join our growing IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to place IT professionals in contract and permanent roles.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients in target industries (IT, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.).Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations (virtual or in-person) to showcase staffing solutions and value propositions.Develop a strong understanding of the client’s staffing needs, organizational structure, and business challenges.Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements.Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools; track and report on outreach efforts, meetings, and sales progress.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and IT hiring demands.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.Excellent communication and persuasion skills – verbal and written.Comfortable making 80–100 cold calls per day.Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including technologies, job roles, and hiring cycles.Ability to identify decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.Preferred Skills:Existing client network or book of business in IT staffing.Experience selling to US-based clients (if applicable).Understanding of various employment models (W2, C2C, 1099).Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments.Compensation:Base Salary + CommissionIncentives and performance bonusesOpportunities for career growth and leadership rolesJoin us and be a key driver in expanding our IT staffing footprint while earning uncapped commissions and making a real impact
