We connect users with expert dermatologists for personalized consultations and treatments for skincare concerns such as acne, pigmentation, and hair fall. Our mission is to make high-quality dermatological care and tailored skincare routines easily accessible through technology, backed by a seamless digital experience and in-house pharmacy support.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Business Development & Operations Intern to support sales efforts, CRM management, and everyday business operations. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating with various internal teams, including tech, dermatologists, and operations — to ensure smooth execution of tasks and business continuity.Key Responsibilities:• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone and WhatsApp.• Maintain and update lead records in Zoho CRM.• Conduct market research and compile actionable insights.• Assist in creating and posting job listings and coordinating hiring tasks.• Help manage day-to-day operations and communicate internally across departments.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on changing business needs.Requirements:• Completed a bachelor’s degree or currently in the final year of an undergraduate program• Excellent spoken and written English.• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.• Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and Slack• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Available for a minimum of 5 months, full-time.Bonus Points:• Prior experience in sales, CRM management, or startup operations.• Exposure to tech workflows or interest in the telemedicine/skincare space.What You’ll Gain:• First-hand experience working in a high-growth telemedicine startup.• Exposure to sales, operations, hiring, product, and tech workflows.• Mentorship from cross-functional leaders and startup founders with over 7+ years of experience.• A chance to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes and healthcare access.• Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
