We specialize in Conversational AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Role-Based AI Agents, helping businesses automate and personalize customer interactions across platforms such as websites, apps, and WhatsApp.   #WePowerConversations  Role Summary:We are looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist who is both technically proficient and functionally sound, capable of owning the full lifecycle of client onboarding, automation setup, and platform configuration using GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, integrating, and demonstrating GHL for clients across industries. If you're passionate about automation, CRM platforms, funnel building, email automation, setting up email domains and enhancing client outcomes through well-architected GoHighLevel solutions, this role is for you.  Key Responsibilities Technical Setup & Customization Configure GoHighLevel accounts based on unique client needs including CRM setup, pipeline stages, triggers, automations, and workflows. Customize funnels, websites, landing pages, email/SMS sequences, calendars, and forms. Implement and troubleshoot webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations with GHL (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, Meta, Twilio, Mailgun, etc.). Address both functional and technical requirements by working closely with customers and internal teams.  Client Engagement & Support Perform live demos and walkthroughs of GoHighLevel to end customers to showcase features, capabilities, and automation flows. Translate client goals into platform-based solutions—creating scalable, optimized GHL environments for them. Handle client onboarding, technical training, and knowledge transfer.  Platform Innovation & Development Continuously optimize existing GHL setups for performance, usability, and automation effectiveness. Identify opportunities to enhance functionality through custom fields, tags, smart lists, triggers, and multi-channel automation. (Added Advantage) Develop and publish custom applications on the GoHighLevel Marketplace, enhancing the platform’s value for broader use cases. Added advantage: Develop and manage automation workflows across tools like N8n, Dify, GHL Apps. Bonus Skills (Preferred) Experience with Python Gen AI SDK (Voice, Chat, Image Gen) Server configuration understanding Integrations with SMS/email service providers  Integration with telephony service providers.   Why Join Us? Be part of a high-growth, automation-focused team Opportunity to build world-class systems and client experiences Expand your technical and strategic expertise in the GoHighLevel ecosystem Work with clients across industries and geographies
