This role is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new business clients, such as hospitals, doctors, healthcare institutions, insurance companies, and corporate partners. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting strategic account management efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and digital outreach.Client Engagement: Meet prospective Doctors/clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend tailored homecare solutions.Sales Conversion: Convert leads into long-term customers by effectively communicating the value of Critical Care Unified’s services.Support Account Management: Collaborate with Business Account Managers to onboard and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare developments to identify new opportunities.Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and performance reports using CRM tools.Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
