Job Title: SAP EWM Technical and Functional ConsultantLocation: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune (remote) Job Type: Contract Experience Required: 5 to 10 YearsNotice period: Immediate - 15 days We are seeking highly skilled SAP EWM Technical and Functional Consultants with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Logistics, SAP EWM, S4/HANA, and EDI integration to support and implement critical SAP solutions in the logistics and supply chain domain.Key Responsibilities:Functional Consultant Responsibilities:Implement and support SAP Logistics and Distribution processes including Inbound Logistics, Outbound Distribution, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Inventory Reconciliation.Configure SAP EWM and S/4HANA to meet business requirements, focusing on logistics processes and integrating them with other SAP modules (MM, SD, LE).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP-specific solutions, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.Conduct GAP analysis and document the findings for system extensions or new development requirements.Perform functional/system testing, including integration testing, and create test scripts for various SAP implementations.Provide Go-Live Support, post-implementation support, and end-user training on SAP EWM processes.Liaise with technical teams for SAP developments, including ABAP, API integration, and EDI IDOCS for seamless data flow and process optimization.Technical Consultant Responsibilities:Lead configuration and customization of SAP EWM and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Integrate SAP EWM with third-party systems, including transportation management systems, warehouse control systems, and other SAP modules (MM, SD, LE).Provide technical support for SAP, resolving issues related to break-fix scenarios and enhancements.Develop custom ABAP programs, interfaces, and data migrations to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP and external applications.Monitor system performance, perform system optimization, and manage issues related to SAP logistics processes.Support configuration and integration of IDOCs, EDI, and cloud-based solutions for data exchange.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience as a SAP EWM Technical and Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise in SAP Logistics functions.In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM, S/4HANA, and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions and integration with SAP legacy systems and third-party platforms.Strong experience in EDI, IDOC, and API integration between SAP and external applications (e.g., Transportation Management Systems).Expertise in configuring logistics processes such as Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Inventory Reconciliation in SAP.Proven track record in solving production support issues and implementing system enhancements in SAP EWM environments.Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions that meet business needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SAP systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of SAP functional integration with modules like SAP LE, WM, SD, and EWM.3+ years of experience in S/4HANA system configuration, including cloud-based solutions and integration with third-party systems.Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and implementation with demonstrable end-to-end project delivery.Strong knowledge of SAP cross-module integration and experience working with MM, SD, and LE.Ability to create functional specifications, test scripts, and use cases to ensure the quality of implementation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business users, and internal teams.Experience with SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) and SAP TM is a plus.Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and related technologies (e.g., Fiori UI, SAP Leonardo).Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
