About PaxikaPaxika is building a members-only platform for culinary and hospitality professionals—focusing on real estate access, essential supplies, and trusted services that help food and hospitality businesses operate with more confidence and clarity. We’re early, and many parts of the platform are still being tested. But the intention is clear: to create a space that respects the complexity of the food industry and supports those building within it.The RoleWe’re looking to work with someone experienced in building strategic partnerships—someone who’s led complex conversations, opened meaningful doors, and navigated multi-stakeholder environments. You’ll play a key role in helping us engage with the right partners across real estate, culinary supply, and service ecosystems.This role is not about volume or vanity metrics. It’s about alignment, long-term thinking, and thoughtful execution. We’re not trying to “scale fast”—we're trying to build something durable.
