Our proprietary Talent Factory model rapidly mobilizes vetted, AI-augmented consultants for global client delivery.Role Overview:We are looking for freelance technical recruiters to join our distributed Talent Acquisition Network and support ongoing hiring needs across cloud, AI, DevOps, and software engineering domains. This role is ideal for independent recruiters, staffing agents, or boutique firms seeking recurring contract placement opportunities in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and engage IT professionals (cloud engineers, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, security consultants, full-stack developers, etc.)Work closely with iVedha’s Talent Factory POD leads to understand project-based consultant needsManage candidate pipeline using iVedha’s talent systems (e.g., ATS/CRM or spreadsheet tracking)Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments to validate fitSupport offer negotiation and onboarding coordinationParticipate in weekly pipeline reviews and collaborate with internal teamsKey Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or freelance)Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and certifications across cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and software developmentProven success in sourcing high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networksAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environmentExcellent communication and candidate engagement skillsPreferred:Experience working with global technical talent (Canada, LATAM, India, Eastern Europe, UAE)Familiarity with freelance/GIG consultant hiring, AI-based recruitment tools, or talent marketplacesEngagement Model & Incentives:Commission-based or milestone-based payments for each successful placementOpportunity to be embedded long-term within iVedha’s Talent Factory ecosystemAccess to recurring roles from Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients via iVedhaFlexibility to work on your own schedule from anywhere
