Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze or Bird or Adobe Campaign Manager, with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Audience Builder Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team, driving high performance and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in marketing technology tools and platforms. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Providing training and support to teams on using new technologies and platforms.Good to Have – Certification in Marketing Cloud is preferred Knowledge of SQL queries and AMPscript is preferred.
