You’ll be instrumental in recruiting top recruiters and bench sales consultants, driving orientation programs, tracking performance through regular touchpoints, and building an inclusive and growth-focused environment for our US-based consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Excellence : Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, background checks, and structured new hire orientation programs. Benefits Orientation : Clearly explain consultant benefits, employment terms, and compliance requirements. Consultant Relations : Maintain weekly/monthly PR check-ins with consultants deployed at client sites to ensure well-being, engagement, and satisfaction. Performance Feedback Loop : Share performance feedback, observations, and growth plans with management and act proactively on red flags. Training & Development : Identify training needs through observation and feedback; develop and deliver internal presentations, soft-skills training, and onboarding materials. Documentation & Compliance : Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure compliance with US labor regulations and internal policies. Internal Hiring:Recruit internal roles like US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales Consultants through various channels.✅ Requirements5-7 years of HR experience , withat least 2 years in US Staffing (Internal Hiring + Onboarding) . Proven track record ofhiring recruiters and sales consultantsfor US staffing. Strong experience withvirtual onboarding , benefits explanation, and orientation presentations. Passionate aboutconsultant engagement , feedback handling, and performance mentoring. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
