Robotics Intern – Vivent Technologies Location:Remote Duration:3-6 Months Stipend:Unpaid Openings : 1-2About the Role: As a Robotics Intern, you’ll join a hands-on team developing next-gen autonomous systems. This internship offers exposure to real-world robotic software stacks and embedded integration.Responsibilities: Work on motion planning, sensor integration, and control for mobile robots. Develop and test software using ROS 2 and C++/Python. Collaborate with the simulation and embedded teams for systems validation. Implement SLAM, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and localization algorithms. Assist in real-world testing and performance tuning.Requirements: Solid understanding of ROS 2, Linux, and C++/Python. Familiarity with kinematics, control theory, or robotics middleware. Bonus: Experience with Gazebo, Nav2, or other robotics frameworks.
