JOB TITLE: Brand : Brand Consultant - Real Estate QUALIFICATION: MBA Marketing (3-7 years of Brand Management experience) INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE LOCATION: HYDERABAD FULL-TIME POSITIONS NO OPTION FOR WORK FROM HOME /FLEXI WORKINGEXPERIENCE Brand Analyst: Min 3-4 years SKILLS: ● Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. ● Should have sufficient computer proficiency. ● Should be a good presenter with good command over written and spoken English ● Prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines. JOB DESCRIPTION ● Performing market analysis and analyzing research findings ● Create marketing campaigns based on market and consumer insights ● Creating Annual Marketing Plan and ensuring the implementation of the same. ● Regular end-consumer interactions and documentation ● Regular competition analysis to keep tabs on the competition’s communication and promotions. ● Driving/guiding external creative/advertising/website agencies (online & offline) with the right brief and insights ● Conducting and collecting product feedback from trade partners end-consumers and relaying the information in a consumable manner to the management. ● Be the single point of contact for all data, by collecting data and information from client, libraries and other sources ● Spearheading offline activations (eg: parks, malls, residential communities, etc.) by working with agencies and client teams. ● Provide insights on the on-ground activities done by the competition ● Proactively keep tabs on new product launches and category innovations ● Maintain a rapport with sales team, trade partners, to gain more insights into consumer sentiments.● Conduct periodic market visits. ● Constantly keep an eye out for newer promotional avenues. ● Interviewing clients, customers, competitors and working with client in a team environment ● Communicating team findings and ideas to the client ● Participating in and leading brainstorming sessions ● Developing and testing hypothesis about clients’ issues ● Meeting with team members to develop work plans and lay out project strategy ● Planning and conducting online and field research at client site and in market BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS ● Self-starter and pro-active ● Exhibit willingness to resolve problems. ● Flair for dealing with people
