Job Title

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom modules.Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.Optimize platform performance, security, and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead upgrades, migrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption.Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and automation solutions.Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.Maintain ServiceNow best practices, documentation, and governance.Requirements:5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, UI customization, and Performance Analytics.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
