In Norconsulting we are currently looking for an Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join us in Chenna India in a freelancer opportunity for a major Banking organization.Duration: long termLocation: India, RemoteRate: 110 USD/day (around 2200 USD per month)Type of assignment: Full-time (8h/day, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm)SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREDSoftware Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will have experience of 7+ years and work under minimal supervision to test ITSFI applications. The tester shall work closely both with the business users and application build IT team. The person shall also work very closely with the other IT teams within the project and without, to meet the WBG internal standards and guidelines for the said application.• Working experience on web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C#, and Playwright.• Working experience on native Windows applications automation.• Knowledge of designing automation framework.• Knowledge of Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps.• Knowledge in Jmeter, SonarQube is a plus.• Good understanding of technology environment, such as Azure, Azure SQL, MSSQL• Experience in automating native applications (e.g. SAP) testing using TOSCA automation tool is a huge plusGENERAL SKILLS / ABILITIES• The candidate should Preferably be certified by ISTQB• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills.
