Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows.Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Lead the design and architecture of scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.Implement automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.Maintain platform health and manage upgrades, patching, and performance optimizations.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, and security (ACLs, roles, permissions).ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM/ITOM Implementer preferred.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.Exposure to Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Virtual Agent.Ability to lead technical discussions and represent the platform in cross-functional meetings.
