Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter - Fresher Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift from 7pm - 4am IST (U.S. Business Hours)Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and specialize in recruiting healthcare professionals for travel assignments across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with BPO or international voice calling experience, or a fresh college graduate with exceptional communication skills, to enter the healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication abilities and experience interacting with U.S.-based candidates during American business hours.Key Responsibilities:Learn to source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, technicians) for travel assignments throughout the U.S.Conduct professional phone interviews and learn to assess candidates’ clinical skills, experience, and career goalsReceive comprehensive training on healthcare recruitment processes, medical terminology, and industry best practicesBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare talent across various specialties and experience levelsDevelop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to support ongoing placement opportunitiesCollaborate with U.S.-based account managers and healthcare facilities to understand specific staffing requirementsNavigate complex credentialing processes and ensure candidates meet state licensing and facility requirementsMaintain detailed candidate profiles and tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and placement processMeet weekly and monthly recruitment targets for candidate submissions and placementsStay current on U.S. healthcare industry trends, licensing requirements, and travel nursing market dynamicsConduct reference checks and verify professional credentials and certificationsRequired Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in BPO, international voice calling, customer service, or fresh college graduate with exceptional communication skillsExperience making outbound calls to U.S., UK, or Australian clients/customers preferredWillingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hoursExceptional English communication skills with clear, articulate speech and neutral accentStrong cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with U.S.-based professionalsExcellent active listening skills and ability to conduct professional phone conversationsComputer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quicklyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGoal-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and meet performance targetsBachelor’s degree in any field (healthcare-related education a plus but not required)Positive attitude and willingness to be trained in healthcare recruitment processesPreferred Qualifications:Any exposure to healthcare industry or medical terminologyPrevious customer service or sales experienceExperience using CRM systems or database management toolsInterest in healthcare and helping healthcare professionals advance their careersFamiliarity with U.S. culture and business practicesPrevious experience in fast-paced, target-driven environmentsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with uncapped commissionsComprehensive health and wellness benefitsExtensive training program in healthcare recruitment and U.S. healthcare industryMentorship and ongoing support during initial learning periodCareer advancement opportunities within growing healthcare staffing organizationModern technology and toolsCollaborative team environment with continuous learning and development opportunities
