We pride ourselves on our tight-knit culture and strong bonds, despite working remotely across diverse time zones.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Shopify Developer who has consistently delivered high-performing, complex Shopify stores from scratch, independently, and at scale. This is a highly specialized role for someone who has focused their career on mastering the Shopify platform, not for a generalist.You’ll be expected to lead technical execution, interface directly with clients, and bring advanced expertise in Shopify store development, app customization, and event tracking setup and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild custom Shopify stores from scratch using the latest Shopify 2.0 themes, Liquid, and Shopify’s APIs.Develop or customize Shopify apps to support business-specific functionality.Implement and maintain advanced tracking systems: Shopify Pixel Google Tag Manager (GTM) GA4 Meta/Facebook event trackingEnsure fast performance, responsive design, and high code quality.Act as the technical point of contact for clients, communicating timelines, blockers, and solutions.Troubleshoot complex tracking and integration issues independently.Stay up to date on Shopify releases, APIs, and best practices.What We’re Looking For6+ years of professional experience in web development with at least 4+ years focused solely on ShopifyProven experience building complex, high-converting Shopify stores from the ground upDeep knowledge of Liquid, Shopify CLI, custom theming, metafields, and extensibility featuresAdvanced skills in event tracking setup and debugging (Pixels, GTM, GA4, etc.)Proficient in Shopify app development (or strong customization of existing apps via API/webhooks)Excellent spoken and written English — this is a fully client-facing roleStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-directionBonus PointsExperience with high-traffic eCommerce stores or DTC brandsFamiliarity with tools like Hotjar, Klaviyo, or post-purchase funnelsComfortable working with international teams across time zones
