Project Description:As the Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the modernization and architecture of a web platform. You will be part of a team that designs, develops and launches efficient quality systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. The Developer is experienced and self-sufficient in performing his/her responsibilities requiring little supervision, but general guidance and direction.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and planning for the software architecture for United for Business Web platformSolve complex performance problems and architectural challengesPerform code reviews and mentor your peersServe as an integral member of the development team to create practical solutions in Agile/DevOps environmentEnsure consistency with an established software development architectureAnalyze and interpret requirements from Business and UX Design TeamIntroduce new technologies and best practices as needed to solve business problemsHelp to troubleshoot, test, and maintain the quality and security of the platformEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs with a focus on accessibilityWork in an Agile environmentMandatory Skills Description:Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or related field5+ years of experience in application design, development, installation and modification of web applications using Core Framework (, v3.1+, v6.x preferred), C#, Web API and SQL/PostgreSQL development.3+ years of experience in developing in JavaScript with React v16 & 17, Redux, Sagas, Webpack and ES6 or equivalent experienceFamiliar with UI testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme and experience with TDD (test driven development)Advance knowledge of development methodologies, software design and design patterns, integration standards as well as its applicability at coding and testing cyclesAdvance knowledge of software engineering best practices such as: versioning and versioning control, software packaging and software release management using GitHubPerform peer reviews for the developed code before delivering to clientEffective Communication (verbal + written)Excel at triage or analysis of situations for production supportProficient with on-time delivery with minimal supervisionExperience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)Nice-to-Have Skills Description:OOO Experience in C#HTML, JavaScript, CSSGit/GitHub Code RepositoriesTeamCity or equivalent Configuration toolsDev Ops Experience using AWS toolsCloud technologies AWS including CDNUI Analytics (Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics)App Performing Tools (Datadog, Grafana)Mobile Web TechnologiesExposure to Couchbase NoSQL DB and/or Dynamo
