This role demands strong expertise in configuring and customizing Field Service Operations (FSO) modules and building enterprise-grade applications using the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize FSO modules including Work Order Management, Dispatch, and Mobile Workflows.Develop and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer workflows.Build custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing configurations and workflows.Ensure compliance with platform architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including at least 2+ years in FSO suite configuration.Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).Hands-on experience in Flow Designer, ServiceNow App Engine, and Integration Hub.Strong understanding of mobile workflows and dispatch capabilities within FSO.Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.Prior experience working with clients in the insurance or financial services sector.Exposure to ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) or similar modules.Work Schedule:Remote role with working hours from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST (aligning with EST time zone).
