Wispy is hiring a hands-on Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and working technical knowledge. This is not a pure consulting or advisory role — you'll be directly involved in executing implementations, configuring modules, managing client demos, and driving customizations or integrations end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hands-on configuration and setup of Odoo modules based on client requirementsLead requirement gathering sessions and translate business processes into Odoo flowsDeliver functional, workflow-specific Odoo demosManage and execute full-cycle Odoo implementations — from planning to go-liveCoordinate with developers for custom module development and contribute via Odoo Studio if neededManage third-party integrations via REST/XML-RPC APIsPrepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, test scenarios, and training manualsSupport user testing, training sessions, and post-go-live stabilizationCommunicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely deliveryMust be willing to overlap in the EST timezone.Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation across multiple modulesStrong functional understanding of core business processes across industriesFamiliarity with Odoo’s technical architecture and ability to guide developersExperience in integrations and third-party connector managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing rolesAbility to independently manage projects and multitask across clientsPreferred QualificationsOdoo Certification (Functional or Technical – v16 or above preferred)Experience working with multi-company, multi-currency environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar for project trackingAbout WispyWispy is an independent ERP Advisory and Implementation firm focused on making ERP adoption practical, affordable, and growth-driven.
