Job Summary:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our customer base and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships.Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align on strategy and support client needs.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competition.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, IT services, finance, real estate, etc.].Knowledge of digital marketing and social selling.Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to region or target market).
