Job Title: ServiceNow CSM DeveloperDuration: 12 Months Location: Remote Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Experience Required: 6–9 YearsPosition Summary:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform, contributing to the development, support, and integration of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including Service Portal and reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as SME for the ServiceNow CSM platform, including Service Portal, integrations, and reporting.Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM modules and custom applications.Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and external systems.Consult with customers on technology, data flows, and business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Debug, enhance, deploy, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.Manage the entire lifecycle: break-fixes, enhancements, configuration, testing, and release management.Stay abreast of industry trends, applying best practices and innovations.Requirements:Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.Experience: 6–9 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow CSM.Proven experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementation.Strong hands-on expertise in:ServiceNow CSM modulesService Portal developmentSystem Integrations (REST/SOAP)Reporting and DashboardsTechnical proficiency in:JavaScriptAngularJSHTML/CSSExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Preferred Skills:ITIL Certification is a plus.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
