ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our early talent recruitment efforts for our delivery center in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on hiring Recruiting and Sales professionals at various levels (entry-level to senior roles) by sourcing talent from universities and job boards.At Insight Global we don’t recruit like everyone else, and we don’t want to! The right person for this role should be excited to try new approaches, think creatively, and help us redefine what great recruiting looks like. RESPONSIBILITIES•Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Referrals, Campus and Job Boards daily.•Educate candidates on what makes Insight Global different, what we stand for, and making sure their values align.•Schedule and coach candidates through the entire interview process •Ensure seamless onboarding experience for each candidate (includes completing paperwork, background checks, gathering all necessary info, etc.)•Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers and student bodies across select universities in India.•Organize and lead on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and public speaking engagements. •Act as a hiring partner to internal business leaders and hold weekly strategy calls to hit quarterly goals. A TA/Business Leader partnership is crucial to the TA success.•Provide market insights and data to support strategic hiring decisions.•Track key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.) and provide regular updates.•Support initiatives to improve employer branding and early talent engagement.•Assist in conversion and retention efforts that align with company initiatives.WHAT WE LOOK FOR•2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on university or early-career hiring in India.•Experience recruiting and hiring Sales & Recruiting roles.•Proven success in building and executing campus recruitment strategies.•Familiarity with recruitment software such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.•Proven track record of high activity, strong metrics, and operational excellence. •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.•Self-motivated, strong organizational and project management abilities.•Willingness to travel occasionally for on-campus events.•Demonstrate high character, hustle, grit, and a positive mindset.•Strong office presence and known as an excellent teammate.•Ability to give and receive feedback.WHO WE HIRE•We’re focused on hiring the best talent.
