Overview: Suzlon is India's leader in integrated Wind Energy solutions. We pride ourselves in innovation, agility and people empowerment. The OMS division of Suzlon is the largest business vertical that operates and maintains our fleet of 10000+ wind turbines across west, south and central India. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy for this vertical. The role reports to the Head HR and works with 5 team members. The Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to attracting, evaluating, and hiring talented individuals who align with Suzlon values and growth objectives. Responsibilities:Strategic:Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.Process: Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process and systems quality through the recruitment cycle (as per ISO) and responsibility for JD’s, MRF’s, Interview Assessment, Defining Assessment Tools and ensuring identification and hiring of the best fit talent for OMSEngagement:Lead and engage with Campuses (Engineering) across the country (especially in Tier 2 & 3 cities). Also engage with active and passive lateral talent. Branding and Outreach:Enhance Suzlon's employer brand and attractiveness quotient through and on various platforms. Leadership:Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Compliance:Driving ethical practices around governance of recruitment practices.Diversity:Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to further Suzlon's position as an Equal Opportunity employer, and thus strengthen our diverse workforce. Requirements:15+ years of proven and relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or in a similar senior-level recruitment role, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of recruitment.Masters degree in Human Resources.
