Job Title:-Regional Sales Manager, Channel sales, B2B Sales, Dealer sales, Distributor sales, Industrial Sales, Technical Product Sales, OEM Sales,Job Overview:-We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team to take care of business for Southern region of India which includes Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & KeralaQualifications And Skills:-*Bachelor's / master's degree, preferably in business administration *Proven experience (1-2yrs) as an Regional Sales Manager or similar role in security and fire safety alarm system industry.*Strong knowledge of security and fire safety system products and solutions*Excellent communication skill.*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.*Self-motivated and results-oriented.*Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Roles And Responsibilities:-* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed regional targets across Southern India.*Base location: Bengaluru (with regular travel across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala).*Conduct proactive business development to onboard new clients and expand market reach.*Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.*Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through research and outreach.*Prepare, customize, and deliver persuasive sales proposals to prospective clients.*Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure.*Provide timely and accurate reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and forecasts.*Monitor industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategy.*Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and services.Desired Skills and Experience:-Channel sales, B2B Sales, Dealer sales, Distributor sales, Industrial Sales, Technical Product Sales, OEM Sales Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
