Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store.Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store.Achieving monthly sales targets for the store.Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understanding their needs.Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation.Design using software to the satisfaction of the client.Managing existing customers – order updates, follow-up on-site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback, etc.Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams.Required to do follow-ups post-sales.Maintaining database & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region.Required to report sales and order booking data to the manager regularly.
